Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The Company announces that it has been notified of the following transactions by PDMRs:

·    On 4 June 2026, David Ward, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 12,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company at a price of 196.28 pence per share.

·    On 5 June 2026, Dev Dhiman, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 25,001 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company at a price of 198.00 pence per share.

Following these transactions, the interests of the PDMRs in the ordinary shares of the Company are as follows:
