Outlook
The Board is mindful of the prevailing macroeconomic uncertainty and cautious customer decision-making that continue to influence hiring markets. Against this backdrop Gattaca is well positioned with the demand for specialist skills and services remaining resilient. The Group is in a strong position, with improving operational momentum, growing customer base, broader contractor base supplemented by a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Management intends to make targeted investments in sales consultants to support market share gains and continued future growth, we will also continue to look for complementary acquisitions in key areas. The Board expects to deliver further improvement in Profit before Tax in FY27.
