Estadio Gana World Cup Update

Following the conclusion of the World Cup last week with 13 matches hosted on Mexican soil, Estadio Gana is taking stock of a highly successful campaign, reflecting on the achievements and impact delivered across the Group.

A few key drivers and metrics to highlight:

·    Daily betting activity grew throughout the tournament - reaching its peak in the final week which was over 162% busier than the first week of June by betting turnover.

·    Client Registrations grew by 136% across that same period

·    Client Registrations have now exceeded 40,000 as of the 24th July 2026.

·    Gross Gaming Revenues (GGR) increased by 227% against that same period.

The above was particularly highlighted during the knockout rounds which brough both increased volume and Estadio Gana market awareness.

The Mexican National team (El Tri) was the main driver of GGR for the sports book. Mexico fixtures were consistently among our most-bet events of the entire tournament. When the national team plays, the country plays along.

What is even more encouraging is that 1st time players who joined for the World Cup, have continued to bet on other events:

-     MLB

-     Liga MX

-     Tennis

-     UFC

-     TT Elite Series and

-     La Liga has taken its first bets

While the tournament may be over, the real work is only just beginning-converting a once-in-a-generation experience into long-term relationships with every player who joined us this summer and seeking to drive user numbers and user engagement to increased highs.

Mark Epstein CEO Gana Media Group:

"We are extremely excited with the progress we have made since the start of June, as our first World Cup campaign commenced, we could start to measure our progress across the tournament.

The tournament has been a resounding success for Gana and the progress we announced on 22 June continues to compound across many key metrics for the business, and whilst the World Cup left us just a few days ago, we are already seeing the pace of growth continue.

Q3 is set to be a period of significant growth potential, and we look forward to keeping shareholders and the market updated in due course"
