Estadio Deportes signs agreement with a leading Spanish speaking and Mexican based boxing media and content platform
The Company's wholly owned Mexican media content subsidiary, Estadio Deportes, has entered into a 'Boxing Digital Broadcasting Rights' agreement with Izquierdazo Boxeo, a leading Mexican boxing promoter.
This collaboration aims to strengthen the promotion and visibility of boxing in Mexico,allowing Estadio Deportes to broadcast, across its various digital platforms, at least one event per month, in accordance with the regular schedule of events organized by Izquierdazo Boxeo.

As part of the launch of this alliance, the first event broadcast was shown on Saturday, April 11, 2026, held in Monterrey, Nuevo León, in collaboration with Prime Boxing Promotion, featuring a fight card of 8 professional bouts.
This grant of rights is provided for the purposes of promotion, dissemination, and digital broadcasting of the events organised by Izquierdazo Boxeo, as part of the plan to create and deliver high quality digital content via Estadio Deportes to increase the boxing audience across Mexico.
