Estadio Deportes signs American Football Broadcasting Partnership

Gana Media Group plc is pleased to announce that its Mexican sports media platform, Estadio Deportes, has entered into a content and broadcasting partnership with Máximo Avance, the holder of broadcast rights for matches from ONEFA (Organización Nacional Estudiantil de Fútbol Americano), Mexico's leading university American football competition.

Under the agreement, Estadio Deportes will produce content and broadcast matches involving UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México), UVM (Universidad del Valle de México) and UDLA (Universidad de las Américas) across its digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.

The agreement initially covers 15 regular season fixtures between September and November 2026. Should the participating teams qualify for the playoffs, Estadio Deportes will also broadcast their postseason fixtures.

As part of the partnership, Estadio Deportes will also launch a dedicated American Football section on estadiodeportes.mx, providing ongoing coverage, news and related content around ONEFA and Mexican university American football.

The partnership further expands Estadio Deportes' live sports and original content offering and strengthens its presence amongst another highly engaged segment of the Mexican sports audience.
