GAMING REALMS PLC (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each on the London Stock Exchange through Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt"), as part of the share buyback programme.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 18,563,848 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 277,702,166 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
