Games Workshop Group PLC ('the Company')
Holding in Company
The Company received notification on 6 March 2001 that Schroder Investment
Management Limited have an interest in the Company's ordinary shares which is
not a notifiable interest for the purposes of Part VI of the Companies Act
1985 since it represents less than 10% of the nominal value of the Company's
issued share capital.
*A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient:
Obtains access to the information in a personal capacity;
Is not required to be regulated or supervised by a body concerned with the regulation or supervision of investment or financial services;
