DIVIDEND

The Board has declared a dividend of 90 pence per share, being the first declared dividend for 2026/27 (2025/26: 85 pence). This is in line with the Company's dividend policy as set out in its Annual Report and Accounts. This will be paid on 7 August 2026 to shareholders on the register on 3 July 2026, with an ex-dividend date of 2 July 2026. The last date for elections for the dividend re-investment plan is 17 July 2026.
