GALANTAS GOLD ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF NOMINATED ADVISER  

Toronto, Ontario - July 31, 2026 - Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX-V: GAL | AIM: GAL) ("Galantas" or the "Company") today announces that, following an internal reorganisation within Grant Thornton UK, it has changed its Nominated Adviser from Grant Thornton UK LLP to Grant Thornton UK Advisory & Tax LLP.
