Intimation of 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2025-26 of GAIL (India) Limited & Record Date for Final Dividend for FY 2025-26

 

This is to inform that the 42nd AGM of the Members of GAIL (India) Limited will be held on Thursday, 27th August, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other -Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

 

In accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities Exchange Board of India, Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report for the FY 2025-26 will be sent by electronic mode only to those Members, whose e-mail address(es) are registered with the Depositories/R&TA.

 

Further, in continuation to letter dated 21.05.2026, the Company has fixed Wednesday, 2nd September, 2026 as the 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of Members to receive Final Dividend for the FY 2025-26, if so approved by the Members in aforesaid AGM.
