The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Gabelli Merchant Partners Plc is pleased to announce that the first interim dividend in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2026 of US$0.10 per ordinary share has been declared by the Board, payable on 27 March 2026 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 13 March 2026 (ex-dividend date is 12 March 2026).

The Company expects to make future dividend payments based upon profits, subject to continuous review by the Board. This dividend is the 26^th dividend made since listing and demonstrates the Company's ongoing commitment to distributing value to shareholders in the form of cash.
