Future plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Average price paid per share:			413.0321
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Since 15 December 2025, the Company has purchased 1,078,840 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £5,457,762.74.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury and has 94,510,832 ordinary shares in issue.
