Future plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Highest price paid per share:			448.2000
Average price paid per share:			439.3461
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Since 15 December 2025, the Company has purchased 935,641 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £4,856,693.57.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury and has 94,654,031 ordinary shares in issue.
