Notification of purchase of the Company's shares by Employee Benefit Trust

 

The Company was notified yesterday, 28 May 2026, by the Trustee of The Future plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), that the EBT had purchased 633,000 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company as at 28 May 2026, at a price of £2,091,902.16.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of the Company.

Following this transaction, a total of 1,720,159 shares, representing 1.88% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
