Future plc (LSE: FUTR; “Future” or "the Group"), the global platform for specialist media, today announces a pre-close trading update for the year ending 30 September 2026.

 

Overall, trends in the second half have been largely as expected and the Group will deliver in line with  market expectations1 for FY 2026 as it executes against its strategy.

 

As part of its continuous review of the capital allocation priorities, the Board has decided to pause the current share buyback2 to focus on deleveraging in FY 2027. The Board confirms that it will continue with its current dividend policy. 

 

The Group will announce its full-year results on 3 December 2026.
