Appointment of new Independent Non-Executive Directors

 

 

Future plc (LSE: FUTR; "Future" or "the Group"), the global platform for specialist media, today announces the appointments of Patricia Corsi and Anna Mallett as Independent Non-Executive Directors, with effect from today.

 

Patricia brings extensive marketing experience, with deep brand expertise and a focus on growth. She is currently Chief Growth Officer for Kimberly-Clark, overseeing brand, innovation and commercial capabilities. Patricia has held senior positions at Bayer Consumer Health, Unilever and Heineken, across different geographies in Europe, Latin and North America. She is also the founder of Good Latinas for Good, a not for profit organisation and was previously a Non-Executive Director at Tate & Lyle plc.

 

Anna brings extensive media content expertise and a deep understanding of distribution platforms. She is currently Vice President of Production at Netflix, responsible for leading production operations across the UK and EMEA. Previously, Anna was Chief Executive Officer of ITN and held senior leadership roles at BBC Studios. In 2024, she chaired the Royal Television Society London Convention on behalf of Netflix. She is a Non-Executive Director at ScreenSkills and holds Trustee positions at the Royal Television Society and Glyndebourne.

 

Both Patricia and Anna will also join Future's Nomination Committee.
