Mark Brooker, Chair, commented: "I am delighted that Randal has joined the Board of Future and that, after a transition period, he will become Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. On behalf of the Board, I look forward to working with him.

Taken together, the recent changes to the Board will bring new perspectives and insight enabling us to best support Future to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the evolving media landscape."

Randal Casson commented: "I look forward to joining Mark, Kevin, Sharjeel and the whole of the Future Board at this exciting time in the Company's story, to deliver long-term value for shareholders."
