Publication of a Supplementary Prospectus

The Company announces that it has published a supplementary prospectus (the Supplementary Prospectus) relating to the offer for subscription for up to £10 million together with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £10 million) of new Ordinary Shares which the Company announced on 13 February 2026 (the Offer).

 

The Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market sourcebook, issued by the FCA and Section 87G of Financial Services and Market Act 2000 following publication of the Company's annual report and accounts for the period ended 31 March 2026 on 24 July 2026.

 

The Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and a copy of which will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
