Grant of Options and Director Dealing

FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm, announces that on 18 December 2025, the Company granted Gavin Jones, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, 219,108 nil-cost options over ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's Employee Incentive Plan (EIP) (the "Award").

The Award is subject to a compound annual adjusted Earnings per Ordinary Share growth performance target over a three-year period and lapses on the tenth anniversary from the date of grant.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
