AGM Statement and Q1 FY2027 Dividend Declaration

FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm, is holding its Annual General Meeting today, 24 September 2026 at 10.00 a.m. At the meeting, Penny Judd, Non-Executive Chair, will make the following statement:

"In the year to 30 April 2026 ("FY2026"), FRP delivered another year of profitable growth, with positive contributions across all six service pillars.

Revenue grew 16% to £177 million, of which 10% was organic. Adjusted underlying EBITDA rose 12% to £46 million and adjusted total earnings per share increased 11% to 11.92 pence. We completed two acquisitions and made an investment during the year, resulting in 15 acquisitions since IPO. The team grew by 99 colleagues to 894 (excluding consultants, at 30 April 2026). We ended the year with net cash of £26 million.

Total dividends for FY2026 rose 7% to 5.8 pence per share, our sixth consecutive year of dividend growth since IPO.

In our full year results announcement on 22 July 2026, we stated that trading and activity levels in the new financial year ("FY2027") had started positively, and we are pleased to confirm that this has continued.

Q1 Dividend

In line with the Company's quarterly dividend policy, the Board is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 1.05 pence per eligible ordinary share for the first quarter of FY2027 (Q1 FY2026: 1.00 pence), an increase of 5 per cent. The dividend will be paid on 18 December 2026 to shareholders on the register on 20 November 2026, with the ex-dividend date being 19 November 2026.

Outlook

Trading year-to-date continues to be in line with the Board's expectations. The integration of the businesses acquired during FY2026, including One Advisory Group and Arc & Co, has progressed as planned and all are performing in line with expectations. The near and medium-term outlook for our service pillars remains positive and we are confident of continued progress for the rest of the year.

The Company expects to announce a trading update for the six months to 31 October 2026 ("H1 FY2027") in mid-November 2026."
