FRESNILLO PLC - RESULT OF AGM

The Board is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions put to shareholders at today's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") were passed by means of a poll, including the ordinary resolutions (resolutions 1 to 20) and special resolutions (resolutions 21 to 24) as set out in the Company's notice of AGM dated 17 April 2026 (the "AGM Notice"). The votes cast for resolutions 11 to 17 relating to the re-election of the Independent Directors were duly passed by both a majority of the votes cast by the independent shareholders as well as by a majority of votes cast by all shareholders. These votes have been calculated separately and are shown below (independent shareholder votes cast being marked **).
