Frasers Group announces that on 11 February 2026 it purchased 1,599 of its ordinary shares from Barclays Capital Securities Limited (acting as the Company's broker) at an average price of 700.0000 pence per share, as part of the Company's buyback programme announced on 15 December 2025.  The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 191,457,383 ordinary shares as treasury shares.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 449,144,986.
