Director / PCA Shareholdings

The Company was notified on 12 June 2026 that the following share transactions took place (the "Transactions"):

On the 12^th of June 2025 Neil Ash, Chief Executive Officer purchased 17,500 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.324.

On the 12^th of June 2026 Neil Ash's spouse, Edyta Ash purchased 11,500 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.331.

Also, on the 12^th of June 2026 Nigel Lingwood, Chair purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.328.

Neil Ash's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company, including those held by his spouse, is 172,554.

Nigel Lingwood's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company, is 75,000.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
