Appointment of Chief Financial Officer  

 

 Forterra plc ("Forterra" or the "Company"), a leading UK manufacturer of essential clay and concrete building products, is delighted to announce the appointment of Lisa Oxnard as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director.

 

This appointment follows the announcement on 11 June 2026 that Ben Guyatt will step down as Chief Financial Officer and leave the Company on 31 October 2026.  Lisa will join the Company later this year, following the completion of her current commitments. The Board will ensure appropriate arrangements are in in place during the intervening period to ensure continuity of financial leadership and effective oversight.

 

Lisa joins Forterra from Genuit Group plc, where she is currently Group Financial Controller. Before joining Genuit, she held Chief Financial Officer roles at JELD-WEN Europe and at Doncasters Group Ltd. She has more than 25 years' international finance and operational leadership experience across listed and private equity-backed manufacturing and industrial businesses, with a strong track record in business transformation, operational improvement, strategic planning and corporate governance.
