The announcement made on 4th December 2013 should have stated that total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now totals 3,663,816 not 31,082,362 Ordinary Shares as previously stated.

Following this allotment there are now 31,082,362 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
