In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 16 June 2015, the Company's issued share capital consists of 281,803,232 Ordinary shares of no par value.  The total issued share capital with voting rights is 281,803,232. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 281,803,232 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
