The Company announces that Tony Roper, Non-Executive Director of the Company, being persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has on 22 September 2025, acquired 40,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 0.76100 GBP per share.

In total, Tony Roper has an interest in 95,000 Ordinary Shares and 34,725 Ordinary Shares held via a family investment company. While Tony Roper controls the decision-making of the shares, the economic benefit is solely for his children, the total shareholding represents approximately 0.0213% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
