Foresight Solar, the fund investing in solar and battery storage assets to generate income and deliver long-term growth, announces the appointment of Antonia Burgess as an Independent Non-Executive Director. The appointment has effect from 8 September 2026.

 

Mrs Burgess has more than 30 years of experience working in the legal and financial services sectors. An experienced Jersey resident independent non-executive director, she has worked with reputable fund managers and investment companies. She is a qualified English solicitor and, before relocating to Jersey, she worked for a leading international law firm in London.

 

Commenting on the appointment Tony Roper, Chair of Foresight Solar, said: "We are delighted to welcome Antonia to the Board of Foresight Solar. She brings significant experience that will strengthen the Board's capabilities as we continue to oversee the delivery of the Company's income and growth strategy.

Mrs Burgess currently serves on the board of Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited, a Jersey-incorporated investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange. She acts as Senior Independent Director, chairing both the Risk and the Remuneration Committees.

 

In accordance with the Listing Rules, no further information is required to be disclosed on behalf of Mrs Burgess pursuant to UKLR 6.4.8R.
