Foresight Group completes sale of public markets division to Guinness Global Investors
Foresight Group Holdings Limited ("Foresight", the "Group") is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the sale of its public markets investment division, Foresight Capital Management ("FCM"), to Guinness Global Investors ("the Disposal") following its announcement on 11 June 2026. The Disposal comprised the transfer of all of FCM's funds, leaving minimal stranded costs and enables the Group to focus on its core Real Assets and Private Equity businesses.
