Folio Treasury Limited (company number 12367949) (Borrower) and Folio Residential Finance No.1 PLC (company number 12677623) (Issuer) have, amongst others, entered into a modification letter in relation to the relevant Bond documents, specifically the security trust and intercreditor deed originally entered into on 5 October 2020, to effect the following modifications:

1.    an amendment to the Issuer/Borrower Facility Agreement to permit each property holding subsidiary of the Borrower to open a bank account to facilitate the receipt and distribution of post-waterfall proceeds available for distribution; and

2.    a technical amendment to the maturity date of the Issuer/Borrower Loan to align it with the Expected Maturity Date of the Notes - there is no change to the Expected Maturity Date of the Notes.
