Focusrite plc (AIM: TUNE), the global music and audio products group supplying hardware and software used by professional and amateur musicians and the entertainment industry, announces that on 29 June 2026 Ian Barkshire, Chair Designate of the Company, purchased 87,280 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 200 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Ian Barkshire is beneficially interested in 87,280 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
