April 21, 2026                                                      Flutter Entertainment plc Transaction in Own Shares Flutter Entertainment plc ("Flutter") announces that on April 20, 2026, it acquired (by way of redemption) the following number of its ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") in the United States through Flutter's broker Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. The Ordinary Shares acquired (by way of redemption) will be cancelled. The acquisitions were effected by Flutter's broker Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. Following settlement of the above transactions and the subsequent cancellation of shares, Flutter will have 173,955,237 Ordinary Shares in issue. LLC on behalf of Flutter as part of the Buyback is scheduled to this announcement.
