Publication of Circular

Flowtech Fluidpower PLC ("Flowtech" or the "Company") (AIM: FLO) is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement regarding the Fundraising on 20 January 2026 (the "Launch Announcement") and the subsequent announcement on 20 January 2026 giving the results of the Placing, it has today published the Circular. The Circular is also being posted to Shareholders today.

The Circular contains details of the Fundraising, the Acquisition, the Capital Reorganisation, and the general meeting of the Company to be held at the Company's registered offices at Bollin House, Bollin Walk, Wilmslow, SK9 1DP at 10.00 a.m. on 6 February 2026 ("General Meeting"). The Circular will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.Flowtech.co.uk/investor-hub.

Flowtech is further pleased to confirm that the General Meeting will also be made available via Investor Meet Company. The General Meeting is open to all existing and potential shareholders, however, shareholders will not be able to vote online during the General Meeting. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 5 February 2026, 09:00 GMT, or at any time during the live presentation.
