The Company announces that, effective 23 March 2026, Tony Pattison has retired from his roles as Chairman and Executive Director. Mr. Pattison will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Simultaneously, Martin Perrin, currently a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as the Company's Non-Executive Chairman.
