Notice of Analyst and Investor Presentations

James Fisher and Sons plc (FSJ.L), a leading marine services company providing innovative solutions across defence, energy and maritime service, confirms that it will announce half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 on Tuesday 8 September 2026.

Analyst presentation

The Company will host an analyst meeting and investor webinar at 9.00am on the morning of results. Analysts wishing to attend can register by emailing [e-mail].

Retail Investor presentation

The Company will also host a retail investor presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform at 5:30pm on Tuesday 8 September. 

Questions can be submitted via the platform up until 9:00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
