AGM Statement

 

First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the property fund manager and investor, will hold its Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) today at 12 noon. The AGM is being held at the Company's head office in London, with shareholders able to join online via Investor Meet Company (https://www.investormeetcompany.com/first-property-group-plc/register-investor).

 

At the meeting Alasdair Locke, Chairman of the Company, will make the following statement:

 

“As reported in our preliminary results announced on 25 June 2026, the Group's performance continued to recover in the year to 31 March 2026 with profits increasing and our balance sheet strengthening. As a result, the directors are proposing, subject to shareholder approval at today’s AGM, a resumption of dividend payments with a payment of a final dividend of 0.25 pence per share, or some £370,000 in total.

 

“The Group expects to announce its results for the six months ended 30 September 2026 on 24 November 2026.”

  • Fund management - via its FCA regulated and AIFMD approved subsidiary, First Property Asset Management Ltd (“FPAM”), which earns fees from investing for third parties in property. FPAM currently manages ten funds which are invested across the United Kingdom, Poland and Romania.

 

  • Group properties - principal investments by the Group to earn a return on its own capital, usually in partnership with third parties. These investments currently comprise five directly held properties in Poland, and non-controlling interests in eight of the ten funds managed by FPAM.
