Firering Strategic Minerals plc (AIM: FRG), a producer of lime products and explorer of critical minerals, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will now be held at 10.00 a.m. BST on 14 September 2026 at Hill Dickinson LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW.

 

A revised Notice of AGM, together with a new Form of Proxy, is available to download from the Company's website at www.fireringplc.com.

 

Shareholders who have already submitted a Form of Proxy in respect of the original AGM are requested to complete and return the new Form of Proxy in accordance with the instructions set out in the revised Notice of AGM.
