FIH, the AIM quoted international specialist services group with businesses in the Falkland Islands, is pleased to announce that, following shareholders’ approval at the general meeting held on 28 August 2026, the sale of the entire issued share capital of Momart, including its subsidiaries, has now completed as scheduled and on the terms outlined in the Group announcement on 4 August 2026.
