Fevara plc (LSE: FVA), an international specialist in livestock supplements, announces that Paula Robertson will step down as Company Secretary on 1 September 2026 and will leave the Group shortly thereafter.

The Board would like to thank Paula for her contribution to Fevara and wishes her well for the future.

A further announcement regarding the appointment of a new Company Secretary will be made in due course. In the meantime, appropriate arrangements will be put in place to ensure an orderly handover of Paula's responsibilities.
