Total Voting Rights

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), the Company makes the following disclosure with respect to the share capital and voting rights of the Company.

As at 30 September 2026, the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 1,062,816,440 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company holds 15,830,814 ordinary shares in treasury and is not permitted to exercise voting rights in respect of those shares.

Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company is 1,046,985,626 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
