Publication of Circular, notice of General Meeting and 2025 Annual Report and Accounts

Ferrexpo plc (LSE: FXPO), a producer and exporter of premium iron ore products, is pleased to announce that it has published the following documents:

·    the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "2025 Annual Report");

·    following the announcement issued earlier today in connection with the results of the Fundraise, a circular, including the Notice of General Meeting issued and mailed to Shareholders in connection with the Fundraise (the "Circular"); and

·    Form of Proxy.

The Circular, including the Notice of General Meeting, Form of Proxy and 2025 Annual Report are available to view on the Group's website at www.ferrexpo.com. The 2025 Annual Report will be mailed to shareholders on or around 10 September 2026.

In accordance with 6.4.1 and 6.4.3 of the UK Listing Rules and 6.3.5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, a copy of the Circular, Form of Proxy, and 2025 Annual Report have been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available in unedited full text (and in the case of the 2025 Annual Report, structured electronic format) at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP, Exchange House, Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EG, England at 11.00 a.m. on 21 September 2026.
