The Board was informed today that David Sawyer, a Director of the Company, today
purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of Feedback plc at a price of 9.74 pence per
share.

Following this purchase Mr Sawyer holds 10,000 ordinary shares of Feedback plc,
representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
