Confirmation of CFO Board Appointment

Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK, "Feedback" or the "Company"), the clinical infrastructure specialist, confirms that further to the announcement of 20 October 2025, that Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") Emma Oswick (Stuart) has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors, effective from today.

Emma joined the Company in November 2025, bringing a background of extensive experience in subscription-led technology businesses, having most recently served as Interim CFO at Energy Aspects. She is passionate about the sector and technology's role in process improvement and positioning for growth. Emma has a proven track record in driving strategic change, optimising financial performance, and developing high-performing teams. She also has considerable M&A and integration experience and is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with PwC.
