The Company has been notified that on 21 April 2026 Paula McLaren, a "Person Closely Associated" with Michael McLaren (CFO), purchased 43,105 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.162 per Ordinary Share.
