Further to the announcement on 31 July 2026, Falconedge PLC (AQSE: EDGE | OTCQB: FEDGF | FSE: V87) announces that Stefania Barbaglio, non-executive director, has agreed to step down from the Board now effective from 1 September 2026.

The Board would like to thank Stefania for her contributions and efforts during her time with the Company and wishes her every success for the future.
