Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 6 June 2025 to make market purchases of its own Ordinary (formerly 2021) Shares and Realisation Shares, it repurchased 65,769 Ordinary Shares at a price of USD 0.471 per Share, to be held in treasury, on 22 December 2025. This represents approximately 0.016 per cent of the Company's current issued Shares.
Following this transaction, the Directors of the Company wish to announce that the total number of voting rights in respect of the following class of shares is:

Ordinary Shares and Realisation Shares each carry one vote per share held (excluding Shares held in Treasury). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 410,263,897 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
