Facilities by ADF plc (AIM:ADF), the leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry, announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options.

 

Admission is expected to occur on 20 July 2026 and the Ordinary Shares will, on issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

 

On Admission, the Company will have a total of 110,322,776 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury. The figure of 110,322,776 may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator in the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
