As a result of the 4 for 1 share split which became effective today, the Company's now has 1,887,175,564 ordinary shares of 6.25p in issue (excluding treasury shares). It holds a total of 360,100,500 shares in treasury.

The new ordinary shares have a new ISIN and SEDOL as follows:

ISIN: GB00BS88V647

SEDOL: BS88V64

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 1,887,175,564 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
