The Directors of the Company have resolved that the second interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2025 will be a payment of 3.80 pence per ordinary share (2024: 3.60 pence per share). The dividend will be paid on 3 November 2025 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 3 October 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 2 October 2025. Please note this payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility, for which the election date will be 13 October 2025.
