Director Declaration

30 October 2026 – Experian plc, the global data and technology company, announces pursuant to the requirements of UKLR 6.4.9R(2) that Kathleen DeRose, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Experian plc, has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Jenkins Topco plc (to be renamed IG Group Holdings plc), which, subject to a scheme of arrangement (the “Scheme”) becoming effective, will become the ultimate parent company of the IG Group.

The appointment of Kathleen DeRose will take effect on the date on which the Scheme becomes effective.
